Our 5/8" banding tools are used to tighten band clamps around hose ends with shank style couplings or fittings inserted into the hose to create a tight seal and stop leakage. By inserting the tail of the clamp into the tool, you can pull tension on the band clamp creating an everlasting bond between the coupling and the hose. These are punch style banding tools and are used in conjunction with a hammer.
