This compact wire Pro-Shield 1/4" hydraulic hose is designed with a synthetic rubber tube and reinforced with two braids of ultra high-tensile steel wire. Designed to safely transport petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, biodegradable hydraulic oils and fire resistant synthetic Polyol Esters.

The hydraulic hose cover is smooth, black, high-abrasion, oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber, and MSHA approved.

Perfect for any applications requiring extreme flexibility and extended service. SAE J1942/1 USCG – H accepted.

PX275 has been tested and approved for 400,000 impulse cycles at 133% of working pressure at 212°F.

Application: Petroleum based hydraulic fluids, water, diesel fuel, lubricating oils, biodegradable hydraulic oils, fire resistant synthetic Polyol Esters. Perfect for applications requiring extreme flexibility. SAE J1942/1 USCG – H accepted.

Warranty Information

One Year Warranty

HoseRack.com warrants that any new hose assemblies sold by HoseRack.com shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship at the time of manufacture.

Should any assembly covered by this limited warranty be defective with respect to material and/ or workmanship under normal use and with proper installation and maintenance, during the period specified herein following the delivery of the product to the original purchaser, HoseRack.com will replace or repair such defective part or assembly.

The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to replacement cost, not to exceed the standard cost from HoseRack.com, plus service charge and/or labor to install such part. The warranty amount will be credited to your account only after it has been determined to be a defective assembly by a HoseRack.com representative.

A letter to HoseRack.com with your standard warranty report from the field must accompany the product in question. It is to be sent to HoseRack.com, prepaid via UPS or FedEx (collect not accepted) within 60-days from the date the claim first arises. Note: Complete assembly to be sent (hose and fittings.)

This warranty specifically excludes all liabilities for damage arising from loss or use or profits or injury to business, credit, reputation or financial standing and all other consequential damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. No implied or statutory warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. There are no warranties, which extend beyond this document. This writing constitutes a complete, exclusive and final agreement of HoseRack.com warranty obligation.

1. Period: HoseRack.com's obligation under this warranty shall continue only for one year from the date the product is delivered to the O.E.M.

2. Limitations and Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to the malfunction of the HoseRack.com assembly resulting from:

  • Failure to properly install product.
  • Improper specifications of product for application.
  • Lack of operating skill of the operator, including carelessness and abusive use, overloading and insufficient or improper maintenance.
  • Replacement of parts or assemblies which can be repaired by minor adjustments, such as tightening of all fittings, etc.
  • Any other kind of misuse or detrimental exposure, including collision and/or accident.
